Delete my account

For your miwuu account.

You can delete your account and your data whenever you want.

From the app: Settings › Delete account. Your profile disappears from the app at once.

Without the app (for example, if you already uninstalled it): write to support@miwuu.com from your account's email with the subject «Delete my account».

What the law or safety requires us to keep for a while: reports and their evidence, until resolved and 1 more year; the encrypted copy of your chats, 90 days; proof of the permissions you gave, 3 years and pseudonymised.

Your subscription: deleting the account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Subscriptions.
